I am due to compete in The London Triathlon this Saturday. I have entered the Male Sprint race at 3pm.

Megan Baker House is a charity providing free conductive education services to children and teenagers with motor disabilities such as cerebral palsy, head injury, stroke, dyspraxia and adults with parkinson's disease. Reg. charity No 1093392. http://www.meganbakerhouse.org.uk/

BASIC is a specialist resource for people and their families in crisis following a traumatic brain injury or neurological diagnosis. This includes people recovering from severe head injury, brain haemorrhage, brain tumour and other brain-related conditions such as stroke and brain cancer.
