I am taking part in the BUPA Great South Run on the 25th October, running ten miles around Portsmouth and Southsea.

My chosen charity is the Forces Children's Trust, a charity devoted to helping dependent children that have lost a parent whilst serving with the Armed Forces. A charity solely dedicated to helping the individual needs and problems of these children helps to fill a niche in the charitable field of family care. As a consequence of many dangerous situations around the world, the Trust is receiving more calls on its resources than ever. Please help them if you can.
