I'm doing Hellrunner again! Yay! This time I've dragged Phil in as well so we can suffer together. Double yay!

For those of you who haven't heard of Hellrunner it's a multi-terrain race over trails, hills, bogs and rivers in the middle of chilly November. I don't even know how long it is as the organisers don't believe in mile markers and describe it as being somewhere between 10 and 12 miles. If this description doesn't really paint the picture then have a look at the video from last year on the hellrunner website. The bloke dressed a devil shouting abuse as I waded across a muddy river was exactly what I needed.
