<p>In September 2012 I will be cycling nearly 400km in 5 days from Yosemite to San Francisco across the Sierra Nevada mountains averaging 70km a day, with the longest day of 110km and spending 8-9 hours a day in the saddle.&nbsp; I will be tackling mountain and coastal roads which are undulating, with long, tough climbs and decents and cycling the equivilant of climbing up Snowdon twice in 5 days!!</p> <p>Donating through JustGiving is simple, fast and totally secure.
