CRASH is a practical charity addressing homelessness by harnessing the skills, products and goodwill of the construction industry to improve buildings and premises for frontline homelessness agencies working with homeless people, throughout the UK.

CRASH is a unique charity. Due to the way our core funding is covered by our generous Patron companies, all donations received from our fundraising events go directly to projects that help individuals damaged by the experience of homelessness. Thanks to the generosity of the companies and individuals who support us, homeless people throughout the UK are helped to gain the confidence and skills they need to integrate back into society and achieve an independent way of life.

My story

Thanks for taking the time to visit my JustGiving page.

I am training for and running in the Windsor 1/2 Marathon on 27th September to help raise funds for CRASH - a charity that helps build or renovate shelters for the homeless - a very worthy cause in these current difficult times. Since I pull a muscle virtually everytime I run, it is proving more of a challenge than I imagined!

My own target is £500, but any money raised by me will be generously doubled by my employer, HSBC Insurance Brokers, so I am aiming to raise at least £1,000.

Donating through JustGiving is simple, fast and totally secure. Your details are safe with JustGiving – they’ll never sell them on or send unwanted emails. Once you donate, they’ll send your money directly to the charity and make sure Gift Aid is reclaimed on every eligible donation by a UK taxpayer. So it’s the most efficient way to donate.
