Story

Thanks for taking the time to visit our JustGiving page.

Tom and I have decided to attempt to climb Mont Blanc in aid of Demelza House.  Demelza house is a group of Childrens Hospices in Kent, East Sussex and London, which give care and support to children and families when they most need it.

We decided to do this in a moment of weakness, but after several months training, and a few pounds lost, I think we at least have a fighting chance of making the top come September the 17th!

Climbing Mont Blanc is not particularly technical, but physically, it may be a mountain to climb!

None of the money donated will go towards financing the trip, so please give as little, or as much, as you can.

The target is £4,810 only because that is about how high the mountain is in metres.  However, if you find we have already reached this amount when you visit the site, please feel free to keep giving, because the mountain is also 189,360 inches high in old money.

Thank you very much!
