What a difference a year makes.

This time last year I won this race on my way to winning the Heb3 series while preparing to compete in the Bermuda Island Games. I was on top form. 

Whilst achieving all of this, unbeknown to me I had developed a cancerous tumour in my leg. After excessive treatment and a major operation which left me in a wheelchair I am now back on my feet and determined to compete again. I may be last, but I don't care. I just want to inspire people that they can do anything if they put their mind to it.

I am aware that lots of folk are chasing you for money for lots of important causes, thats why I am only looking for a little contribution. Just as much as you can spare for a charity that has done a lot for me through these tough times and who will continue to support me for the foreseeable future.
