This year I will be running with a team from Deloitte in the JP Morgan Challenge, which is a 5.6km dash around Battersea Park on 11th July. The challenge is staying as close to the redline as possible without blowing up!

The Deloitte team will be raising funds for Alzheimer's Society, Mind and Prostate Cancer UK, charities that impact the lives of millions so please do dig deep and donate.
