The DNRC will provide clinical rehabilitation for the armed forces and civilians. It will combine neurological, complex trauma and a full suite of rehabilitative facilities together on one site, bringing benefits that could make the establishment unique in the world.

Story

The DNRC Charity, was established in May 2011 to raise funds and to facilitate the design, management and construction of the DNRC.



The main charitable objects are concerned with the promotion of health through:
- Provision of clinical rehabilitation of members of the Armed Forces
- The promotion generally of rehabilitation medicine including research.
- The provision of facilities, equipment or services to restore people who have experienced a disabling disease or injury (regardless of profession) to optimum physical and psychological function and to enable such people to return to and remain in appropriate work
