<p>I cycled from London to Paris between 27th and 31st July 2011, a small matter of 300 miles and am pleased to say my bottom is still intact! - I can guarantee that 100% goes to the charity, I paid for all my trip costs out of my own pocket, including industrial quantities of vaseline!</p>
