A good friend from Harlech once suggested cycling LEJOG, since then it's been a dream, soon to become a reality after a very short time of cycling any type of real distance! Only 18 months ago I was cycling a max 20 miles, now, 20 miles is my shortest, just to work. Please help me to raise funds for this well deserved charity so it can carry on helping those in need in our beautiful Wales.
