To raise funds & awareness concerning cancer, for the benefit of research into prevention, causes & treatments of the disease, as well as for activities that can help sufferers & their families cope emotionally and physically with the challenges of living with & beyond a cancer diagnosis & treatment

Story

This challenge has been organised by our university's climbing club. We are all avid climbers and we like a challenge. Some of us have friends and family members that have been affected by cancer and are looking to do our bit in the fight against cancer in the best way we know how.

We will be attempting to trek 6816 meters (up and down) the biggest peak in England: Scafell pike - 978m, Scotland: Ben Nevis 1345m, and Wales: Snowden 1085m. This challenge includes the time spend driving between each mountain, 462 miles.
