From the 10th to the 13th of July I'm going to be pushing myself to the limit and riding my push bike from London to Blois ,in the Loire Valley , France , with colleagues from across saint-gobain ,to celebrate the groups 350th anniversary (www.saint-gobain.co.uk/saint-gobain-350-years/).We're going to be covering around 100 miles per day , that's 4 hard days in the saddle , that means training and preparation, which means sacrifice , the training programme  is rigorous and takes up most evenings and weekends ! , its a challenge , but one that i'm up for !

We're raising money for the saint-gobain together partnership .which this year is supporting two amazing charities,  Macmillan Cancer Support and the Irish Cancer Society, So please help me get over that finish line !!!
