There are some things that should never be taken for granted and your health and happiness are a couple of them.

I was lucky enough to go through childhood with nothing but the typical medical needs and support. (ask me about the time I broke my foot falling off a beanbag!)

However, this isn't the case for lots of children in the UK who face truly heart-breaking medical diagnosis at an age where the sort of challenges I faced were trying to collect all the Looney Tunes Tazo's and finding the materials I need to make my own Tracy Island.

Some children face a whole load of cr*p in their lives and The Children's Hospital Charity are there to provide lifesaving equipment, fund research and treatments for thousands of children and create comfortable and engaging environments.

I thought it made sense to put myself through a whole load of cr*p (or mud) along with some colleagues from work to raise money for such an incredible charity!
