<p>Thanks for taking the time to visit my JustGiving page.</p> <p>If you recall, last May, I cycled Cardiff to Tenby (100 mile) taking part in the CarTen100.</p> <p>This year I've added the extra challenge of cycling from Tenby to Cardiff (100 mile) on the Friday &amp; then taking part in the CarTen100 on the Saturday.&nbsp; In essence the TenCarTen200!!</p> <p>All proceeds will go towards Velindre Cancer Care who&nbsp;so wonderfully&nbsp;cared for my Dad &amp; my&nbsp;Nan&nbsp;amongst other family &amp; friends.&nbsp;</p> <p>Velindre Cancer Centre is the largest non - surgical cancer Hospital in Wales providing Radiotherapy, Chemotherapy and other specialised anti-cancer treatments for over half the people of Wales. They have been providing care and support to cancer patients and their families in Wales for over 50 years.</p> <p>Every year they provide care, treatment and support for over 100,000 people. Due to early detection and improved treatments the number of people in Wales living with cancer is increasing daily. It is estimated that by 2015 there will be a 30% increase in the most common forms of cancer. Velindre&nbsp;are determined to raise the money necessary to enable us to meet these new challenges.</p> <p><em>"May I, on behalf of my wife and I, thank you, your staff and all the persons with who we came into contact with during my treatment at Velindre.
