<p>Some nice people at Olney Runners (the club I run for) have asked me to run for Advantage Africa. A few of us are doing the first Milton Keynes Marathon. I did the 14.5 mile training run last weekend and I know I have got to finish or I will be lost in MK for ever (the roads all look the same!)
