Story

Thanks for taking the time to visit my JustGiving page.

Hi,

You probably know that I love cycling and I would never normally ask you for money to ride a bike, but there are some very special circumstances so please read on…...

For the last 2 years I have been seeking a chance to do this  fine event – with no success. I was Inspired by visiting the course during the Olympics. and participating has always been on my 'want to do' list.

A close friend who knows my passion for cycling asked if I would be available to join a Charity Team to raise money for the ‘CarersTrust’ – an organisation whom I  have had some contact with on a personal basis through Family members.

Although I ride regularly this event will be out of my comfort zone and I will have to train hard the next few weeks to be able to make it.

BUT - this is not about me, instead it is about this charity who do incredible things in the community helping OTHERS to support those who need it. It really does deserve your generous support.
