As a slightly overweight, aged and crocked Ex-rugby player, I have been persuaded by my batty wife to take part in the British 10k run as part of the "Run with a Mission" team on 12/7/10.  We are running to raise money for The Whitechapel Mission, a charity that works with the poor and homeless in the City of London and those that are not as fortunate as most of us, so please be generous, I would really appreciate your support
