Hi Everyone

This is the challenge of the year.  We have to run 17 (count them!!) s e v e n t e e n miles, most of it up, and then cycle for another 25 or something like that.  Not that concerned about the cycle but rather worried about the run.  Elwyn and I still have to figure out how to run for more than an hour.  But we will...  you can help by sponsoring us so we feel like we really have to do it (very important in the run up) and it's all in a good cause...
