I challenged my leadership team at IRESS to join together for something beyond our individual capabilities and to make an impact. With colleagues, 30 of us will be climbing and descending the 3 highest peaks in the UK within 24 hours, and raise awareness and money for Talent Beyond Boundaries. 

IRESS has been involved with TBB for some years as we have worked to hire talented professionals in refugee situations, for a new start. We have since placed two professionals in Australia and working on a third recruit.
