Some people know me but if you don't my name is andy I was  a combat medical technician in the British army... with tours in Bosnia, Kosovo, Iraq and Afghanistan... I have been battling now for the past 10 years with PTSD and lumbar disc disease due to injuries received while serving.

I am cycling from London to Paris in September in memory of all my friends that did not make it back.......

I can either sit on the settee at home and moan about my conditions or get of my arse and while my body will allow it, give something back to the people and charities that have helped me and my family through some very hard times.....
