I am part of a team of 20 M&S Bank colleagues who are brave/stupid/crazy enough (and possibly all 3..) to take on the challenge of cycling 180 miles form London to Paris over 3 gruelling days.

Its been a couple of years now since my last cycling challenge and given my 'mid life spread' this time its going to be the biggest test yet!! Aside from the actual challenge itself Im going to have to commit a lot of time in the saddle to prepare - often people aren't aware of the training and commitment required leading up to an event like this and I want to also give huge thanks to my incredibly supportive family as well.

The Alzheimer's Society is a charity that touches so many people's lives and provides incredible support. This is not the first time ive reached out to family/friends & colleagues to help but it would mean a great deal if you can dig deep and help me again. Any support is hugely appreciated.
