<p class="MsoNormal" style="margin-top: 12.0pt;">New year is the time for resolutions and like many of us I’m very poor at keeping them! So I’m going to enlist your help in keeping mine. The scales revealed their usual post-Christmas tale of woe and so I have resolved to get down from the current 14 stone (89 kg for younger folk) to below 13 stone (82 Kg) by Captain’s Day on August 5. How you can help is by sponsoring me to do this in aid of my Captain’s Charity which this year is Shelterbox . Shelterbox is a charity based in Helston that does tremendous work around the world wherever disasters such as earthquakes or tsunamis strike.
