As you are probably well aware I am attempting the UK Ironman 70.3 this June. I am aiming to raise £2000 for 'Make a Wish Foundation' and 'Water Aid'. The triathlon event includes a 1.9km swim (in a lake!) 90 km Bike ride, and a half marathon to finish. It is reputed to be one of the toughest half ironmans in the world so I will need all the help and support to raise this money and to complete this event.

Every donation will help considerably to the target of £2000 so dig deep and support two very worthwhile charities and one very nervous, tired, aching pieathlete!
