So... after years of pizza and Mars bars, here we go. In July 2016, myself and 39 others are riding from London to Paris over 3 days to raise money for Macmillan Cancer Support. 

Please dig as deep as you can, as Macmillan Cancer Support are a fantastic charity, and those of you that know Lois and I will probably know exactly why I'm doing this. Every penny you donate will help me up those hills (and boy do I need the help!), and will help Macmillan make a difference to someone's life.
