I am taking part in the Bracknell Santa Dash 5k run.

I would really appreciate your sponsorship, as all funds go to help Thames Hospicecare -

There are estimated to be over 6000 deaths per year from cancer in the three counties of the Thames Valley. Up to 1500 of these patients will require inpatient palliative care and up to 4000 may require help from palliative care support teams. In Berkshire alone the numbers are 600 and 1550 respectively.

Thames Hospicecare runs centres to help those in need.

 

I know its only 5k (which is far enough for a big lump like me !) but keep in mind that I will suffer the indignity of doing this dressed up as Father Christmas !!!!! ( I am not even sure if its legal to run around the woods on a sunday morning dressed as Santa!).

 

Anyway, if you want to make a donation it would be appreciated, its for a very good cause.
