I am running the Great Manchester run this year for the British Red Cross. The British Red Cross provide emergency response, first aid, health & social care and a lot more around the UK and also overseas.

Most recently this is for the people suffering in Japan, Ivory Coast and in Libya. Thousands of people have been killed, even more injured and many have been lift homeless.

Anything you can give will be much appreciated. This is my 5th year running in the Great Manchester Run and the money I help raise makes it all worth running around Manchester for a few miles. Thanks.
