<p>As some of you may know I am planning on cycling London to Paris within 24 hours!! Epic I know. </p>
<p>Im not alone in this epic adventure, I will be cycling with a small group who will be raising money for there own causes. Most of my training was done last year where I cycled more than 1500 miles within a year. I am trying to fit some core training into my busy lifestyle, so getting out on my bike has been paramount. </p>

We want to ensure expectant Mums work <em style="background-image: initial; background-attachment: initial; background-origin: initial; background-clip: initial; background-color: transparent; vertical-align: baseline; font-style: italic; background-position: initial initial; background-repeat: initial initial; padding: 0px; margin: 0px; border: 0px initial initial;">with </em>their midwives and health care providers by being aware of the risks they could face during pregnancy and birth, and by being aware of their baby’s movements and development. We want to ensure every expectant Mum has the confidence to call for advice if they are worried at all.</p>
