Hi!

I ran the British 10K London run on Sunday 12 July to raise money for the Bromley By Bow Centre in Tower Hamlets, East London. My finish time was 46mins 23sec, which I think is well worth sponsoring... Even if it's just the price of a cup of coffee that you donate it will all help!!!  

For twenty-five years this community organisation has been working in one of the most deprived areas in the UK. Each week they support families, young people and adults of all ages to learn new skills, improve their health and well-being, find employment and develop the confidence to achieve their goals and transform their lives. Please help me raise money for this great charity and help them continue to transform one of the poorest communities in London.
