Myself and 40 or so colleagues will be attempting to walk to the highest peak in Scotland, England and Wales over a weekend in June (22-23). I have never attempted anything like this before and probably wouldn't have even considered doing so a few years ago.

As a team we are raising money for our charity partner Rethink Mental Illness, who are a great charity which raise awareness and offer vital support to those who are in need of help or are suffering from ill mental health.
