I am running the Loch Ness Marathon in aid of the Lakelands Day Care Hospice in Corby.  Lakelands provides respite day care facilities for adults in North Northamptonshire.  My late mum enjoyed her visits there and the care they provided while undergoing cancer treatment.  The Hospice relies entirely on voluntary donations and support from the community to remain open.
