After four long years trying I have finally made it in to the 2010 London Marathon- to the start line at least! Its been a long held ambition and this year I am doing some fund raising for a charity called Time & Talents. A charity based in London, Time & Talents have been providing a wide range of activities and support for local communities. 

I am aiming to help Time & Talents by raising £1200 through my participation in the London Marathon.

To date, all my sporting challenges have taken place on the relatively safe surroundings of the football pitch so it is with a slight sense of insanity and a passionate heart that I have decided to do something a little more outside of my comfort zone. Prior to the start of my training I think the furthest I have ever run is around 8 miles, a mere 18.2 miles left for a cool down in London come April 25th!

It is with this message that I kindly ask if you would like to sponsor me in my quest to conquer a strong ambition and raise money for a worthy cause. Anything you can give towards this cause would be greatly appreciated! I will be updating this page as i start training in the coming months so you can check on my progress!
