The current Mersey class lifeboat " The Lady of Hilbre"is nearing the end of her operational life . The Hoylake RNLI is now concentrating its fundraising efforts on raising a further £1M for the new generation all weather lifeboat that will get the crew to a casualty faster and bring them home safer.
