Change the lives of 510 children for ever!

We are currently raising money to build a school in Gourcy, a town in the North of Burkina Faso. It is an extremely poor area and is in desperate need of another school. The school will have 8 classrooms and will teach 510 children and it will cost £75,000 to build and £30,000 per year to run. The team of teachers will be 21 strong. These teachers will all be fully qualified by AEAD, our amazing partner in Burkina Faso. Last year, one of the AEAD schools came first out of 667 other schools, so we absolutely have the right partner. 

For every child we educate we create an opportunity for a whole family to be lifted out of poverty. We also start the “virtual development cycle” improving all aspects of life, including health, mortality, environmental sustainability and equality – to name a few.
