I did it last year and it hurt. Vowed never to try it again but oh no this time Ive got a little partner to join in the pain - Why ? because " it looked fun i'd like to have a go!". 

So this year the expectation is two sets of sore legs ... two aching backsides ... and one pair of really really sore ears (mine!).

All support appreciated for a worthy cause and to those who sponsored me last year any repeat appreciated but for the newby on  the Eccles team please dig deep as this is going to be really painful.
