We are the UK's leading charity providing financial, social and emotional support to millions who have served and are currently serving in the British Armed Forces and their dependents.

Story

I left the British Army in January 2016 having served for 11 years. In that time, I had the privilege to lead some of the most amazing people this country has to offer, taking on some of the most challenging situations on the planet.

During my service, I witnessed first hand some of the brilliant, effective and worthwhile assistance the Royal British Legion provides.

Please find it within yourself to help them to help my old friends and colleagues as they continue to defend the nation.

For my part, I will slog out 100 miles over many parts of the routes used in the London 2012 Olympic Games, including a real sweat up box hill.
