Every year Prostate Cancer UK organise a bike ride for all the football clubs to take part in. This year I have been lucky enough to get a spot on the Charlton Team. I have just over a month to raise money so please dig deep and help me reach my target.

So I'm going to ride for two days, covering 145-mile on my bike with a whole host of people from Charlton Athletic and the Trust. As well as many others from football clubs all over the country.

Prostate cancer is the most common cancer in men and takes the lives of 2 men every 90 minutes. Every game of football 2 men loose their fight. This is not fair on them or their families. Prostate Cancer UK are fighting for every man. their work helps save lives and improve treatments. So please donate something or anything is better than nothing.
