Sedge and Newts here! We aren't runners but we'll give it a go.

Newts has horrid feet, blistered and broken from football. Sedge has incredibly short (yet powerful and feminine) legs.

Our lungs are OK but the run is on a Sunday and we drink a lot on a Saturday. We have 2 children, so drinking heavily is mandatory and medicinal. The hangover will be in full flow at 11 o'clock when we start. Please cough up dosh accordingly as we will be suffering for sure!

The Willow Foundation is ace. It gives priceless days out to seriously ill 16 to 40 yr olds and their families.
