Hey guys,
This July myself and some friends will be cycling from Bangor to Cardiff to raise money for a charity called 3rd World Hope. That's over 200 miles through some seriously steep Welsh valleys!
It's definitely going to be a painful few days so I need all the support I can get!
The charity itself was started by a couple of Welsh guys and makes a real difference with projects aimed at improving living conditions for vulnerable children all over the world.
The money we raise will go towards paying for every day things that we can just take for granted like clean water, food, education and much more.
