After completing the Mens Health Survival of the Fittest in 2008, we're determined to better our time in 2009.  Also, we're not stopping there, and running the Hellrunner North half marathon through Delamere Forest two weeks later - so you have to donate more this time!

 

We have now added a third event, the Grim Challenge, which take splace 5th December in the mud and ice!  Please help us get our £500 target.
