This is my first 5k run and I'm doing it to raise money for the CMA in memory of my best Friend Simon Boakes who sadly lost his life to Hypertrophic Cardiomyopathy aged 28 years. I will be running with his wife and friends, please sponsor me to help raise money and awareness for this condition that often goes undetected.
