I am cycling from Workington to Whitley Bay (coast to coast) approx 140 miles on 9/11. This is to try and raise funds for a charity close to my heart, the Fire Fighters Charity. 

The charity supports firefighters who become injured/sick during their career and after retirement. They also help firefighters families and offer respite care for sick or disabled firefighters children.

It costs £9m a year to run the three rehabilitation centres and they receive no government funding. 

It would be really great if I could raise as much money as possible for this brilliant charity. Thanks Andy.
