Just to reassure you, I'm paying for all my own race costs, all money raised here goes to Fields of Life.

Fields of Life has been working in Uganda since 1995, and a new project is in the pipeline (excuse the pun) to build 2 wells there, to provide accessible, clean water to communities, and in turn allow children to spend time in school instead of walking to collect water. Any extra money over our target will go to the I Am Girl project which provides sanitary wear for girls in Fields of Life schools to enable girls to participate fully in they education.

The race itself is in Killarney, on Oct 1st, and consists of 35km cycling on the road, 1km kayaking, 8km trail-running, then another 6km on the bike again! Possibly consider sponsoring me €1 per km. Or whatever amount you can!
