I am going to be running the Great Scottish Run(Glasgow) and Great North Run(Gateshead) in September this year. Im hoping to raise as much money as I can for the Meniere's Society.

I was diagnosed with the disease in June but have experienced the symptoms over a number of years. Im one of the lucky ones in that Im not suffering the severe symptoms that alot of people worldwide actually go through on a daily basis and im hoping my condition will not change for the worse.

I really would like to raise as much money for the society as I can with a view to it helping just a little to the goals of the organisation ; the main ones being the support of the sufferers and families affected, the raising awareness of the disease to a wider audiance and also to promote the research for new ways of treating and managing the disease in the future.
