World-leading specialists need world-leading support. RNOH Charity strengthens and supports the people, research and infrastructure that make RNOH one of the world's best orthopaedic hospitals.

Story

1 will be looking to complete 8 triathlons in one day, one in each of the contracts in the SE Region of SLM. We will be raising money for the Royal National Orthopaedic Hospital in Stanmore, where one of our colleagues, Sammy Eldridge, is currently undergoing treatment for cancer.  A fantastic cause and one I hope you can support by sponsoring me.

Each Triathlon will consist of a 1 mile run, 5km bike (indoor on Keiser bikes) and a 200m (8 length) swim, approximately 25-35 minutes per triathlon depending upon fitness levels.  At the end of the day this will be a total of 8 miles ran, 40km cycled and 1 mile swam.  As well as doing each of the triathlons there will be just under 200 miles of travelling from site one Basildon Sporting Village to the eventual finish line in Fareham.
It will be a long day but with such a good cause behind us it will be well worth while, so please dig deep and donate now.
