Last year I raised almost £2,000 for The Foundation of Light by cycling from Dublin to Sunderland. 

As I reach a birthday milestone in 2013 I have decided to take part in three challenges this year, including repeating the Dublin to Sunderland cycle ride with my Grafton colleagues.

I am also taking part in the Lincoln 10k Road Race in April and the the Lincoln Grand Prix Sportive, a 100 mile cycle ride which I aim to complete in under 6 hours.
