As some of you may or may not know, myself and some colleagues have signed up to do the Ben Nevis Triathlon in June which consists of walking Ben Nevis, a 25mile bike ride and a 2 mile canoe circuit. Its to be done in teams of 4 and we are raising money for the british heart foundation.
