My story
Thanks for taking the time to visit Andy and Rob's JustGiving page.
In September this year we are cycling from London to Brussels for the Alzheimer's Society. We have a pretty big fundraising target so anything that you can do to support us really would be appreciated.

Hi all, by way of an update Rob and Andy undertook the Xchaning charity ride last friday - a total on 150km completed in around 7 hours. A stern test indeed, involving punctures, exhaustion, sweat and a great deal of chain oil all over Rob, but ultimately successful!
Training is going well - Andy has lost half a stone, and Rob has been successful in his application for the London Ride 100 event - 100 miles through London on the 4th August. We will need to work on our beer festival training at some stage too....!
An update... Thank you very much indeed to everyone who has made a contribution. It's hugely appreciated and we've now hit our minimum target!
The training is beginning....and we'll need plenty of it!!
