Hi, thank you for popping along to sponsor me!

In my wisdom, I have decided to have a go at Cycle for Cynthia 2013. This is a 50 mile bike ride around Northamptonshire in aid of two great charities Friends of Cynthia Hospice and Macmillan Cancer Support.

Seeing as my idea of exercise before this was walking to the fridge it's going to be a tough old slog but with your donations and encouragement I'm sure I'll be able to crawl past the finish line.

Ideally I'd like the charities to get 50/50, but I'm just happy you're here so please donate to whichever you would like, or both if you're feeling generous.
