Wow. What an amazing experience. Ran it in 60 mins. Thanks for your support and to Ellie for running the last 400 metres with me

Well, it's the eve of the race now, I've done everything that I can to be prepared and I'm not going to let a bad back bring me down. Fingers crossed for good weather and thank you all for sponsoring me. Andy

Thanks for taking the time to visit my JustGiving page.

Sadly, my Nan, Daphne McLaughlin recently passed away after a sudden illness. The quality of care that she received at the Intensive Care Unit at Watford General Hospital was truly amazing. I have dedicated this page to her and the incredible people that helped her and our family in our hours of need. Any money raised through this page will go to the continued research and training into Critical Care throughout the UK

Donating through JustGiving is simple, fast and totally secure. Your details are safe with JustGiving – they’ll never sell them on or send unwanted emails. Once you donate, they’ll send your money directly to the charity and make sure Gift Aid is reclaimed on every eligible donation by a UK taxpayer. So it’s the most efficient way to donate - I raise more, whilst saving time and cutting costs for the charity.

So please dig deep and donate whatever you can afford.
